We really loved this salad. It was incredibly easy and two of our favorite ingredients are avocados and cilantro. I added some diced tomatoes to this to add some color and extra flavor. Next time I may add a small amount of diced red onion too. This makes sucha great side for so many of the mexican dishes I like to make, that I will definitely make it again.

Hey Robin, Great recipe...For less mess, slice the avacado halves before removing from the shell. Then just use a big spoon to scoop out all the slices in one clean swoop. Ginger, Paradise, CA

A little salt and pepper would be nice and I prefer a Meyer lemon instead of the lime. But I like this ladies recipes and the way she comes accross.
