    This recipe was quick and easy to make but it turned out a little boring until I added about 2.5 oz of feta cheese. I'll definitely make it again with that addition.

    I took this idea and expanded it. I added seeded, chopped cucumber, greek seasoning, and scallions. Also, instead of the red wine vinegar, I used the juice of 3 lemons. SO GOOD! Great for lunch the next day too :

    This dish was GREAT! Small amount of ingredients, big flavor. Goes great with the Honey Musard Glazed Salmon - also very good.

    this was really simple and good. it took 15 minutes to make. i added feta cheese which really helped the flavor a lot.

    This looked delicious when Robin made it on tv, but when I made it it was lacking in flavor and really wasn't that impressive.

    My son and I made this together. The orzo cooks quickly and easily and the little bit of olive oil and vinegar brought all the tastes together. It is a good idea to pour the vinegar in the veggies before pouring the warm orzo over the top and then add the olive oil. The television show was done this way and I think the salad combines more evenly this way.
