The butternut squash was tasty, but same as some of the others I wish I had read the reviews earlier. It did take over an hour to cook them. I also used honey along with a little garlic powder, salt and pepper. I covered them with alumin foil about halfway thhrough the cooking process to keep them from burning around the edges.

Even though I was skeptical about the time to begin with, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand to confirm my suspicions that this dish does not take 25 minutes. Mine took about 1 hour and 15 or 20 minutes. Otherwise it was delicious. Robin should really change the cooking time in her video.

Great taste. Cooked mine about an hour. I'm going to use the left overs to make a Butternut Squash Risotto.

I cooked mine a little longer than 25 minutes, but I the squash I had were between medium & large. I used honey instead of brown sugar & it turned out great!

There is no way this cooks in 25 minutes. I agree with other reviewers that it takes at least 45 minutes to cook just one cut in half. I added maple syrup to the topping to give it an extra level of flavor. Definitely need to cook it for twice as long if you want a well cooked squash.

Horrible recipe.... Says to cook for 25 minutes...I cooked mine for close to 45 minutes and it was still underdone.

If you like uncooked butternut squash this is for you...if you have any tastebuds then cook this for at least an hour.... Not exactly sure how long b/c everything else I was cooking was done...so I couldn't wait.

The recipe said medium butternut squash and weren't much bigger than her hand, so maybe some used squash too big? Still took a little longer for a smaller one though.

Butternut Squash is delicious...but there is no hope in Hades that it cooks in 25min. You really should correct the cooking time - about 60min depending on your oven at 430-50 degrees. And I would recommend putting the butter and brown sugar on at about 10min to pull out time to avoid a burnt remain.

Please correct the cooking time. This is a very significant mistake.
I would like to make make a suggestion for healthy eaters: Skip the butter and the brown sugar. Sugar is poison to your body and butter is unhealthy. Use coconut oil, instead. Coconut oil is healthier than butter and it will bring out the natural sweetness of the squash.
