I also used apricot preserves and hickory smoke instead of orange marmalade. I cooked the chicken at 375 for about 45 min turning them once. I put the sauce over them and cooked for about 10-15 minutes more. My family absolutely loved them. Oh, and I used drumsticks since thats what I had. I will make this again and again with many sorts of chicken parts! My family has already asked me to make that again soon!

I thought this recipe was good however all of the sauce fell off of the chicken into the bottom of the pan.

The chicken was cooked perfectly, very moist and had great flavor.

I really liked the idea of this recipe when I saw Robin prepare it. I too used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and followed the recipe exactly. My sauce was very thin and didn't stick the the chicken like hers did on the show. Hers looked like they had a nice glaze to them, mine didn't at all. Also, for me there was far too much liquid smoke- that was all I tasted, didn't get much of the marmalade. I might try this again and use less of the liquid smoke, more soy sauce, more marmalade and some red pepper flakes for a little heat.

This is a great, simple recipe. I used the leftovers to make Robin's quesadillas - also a great recipe!

Loved this receipe, but thanks to the previous reviews. I didn't have the orange marmalade, so I went with the apricot preserves. Double up on the soy and smoke to enhance the flavor. I also went with the bonless breasts. Very, very easy and quick! The sauce did not thicken so I transferred it to a sauce pan and thickened it with a little cornstarch. Turned out wonderful!!!

Such a good recipe, and so easy, my husband loved it too, the flavors of the smokey, orange marinade over the chicken was great, we'll make it again soon. Thanks Robin!

Chicken was great I used boneless chicken breast and skipped the liquid smoke and added some scallions at the end just to fit our tastes better, but all in all it was good.
