made this and the other 2 recipes for the left over chicken. Absolutely the easiest and best chicken ever. Love cooking once and making 2 entirely different meals with leftovers. Love u Robin!!

I followed the advice of another reviewer and added extra soy sauce and smoke. This looked like it would be good but the sauce turned out to be too watery and didn't stick to the chicken. The underlying taste was good, I imagine if I followed the recipe it would have worked out better for me. Also, I needed to cook the chicken for almost and extra 15 minutes.

I may have over cooked this. It was full of flavor, but dry.

This is really quick and easy, but in my opinion, lacks some depth of flavor. It may have been due to the brand of orange marmalade I used (Smuckers, but it gave the chicken a bitter flavor. I also felt the soy sauce and liquid smoke got lost - to me they made no impact on the flavor at all. I gave this recipe 3 stars because, even though I thought it could have had better flavor, I wasn't totally disappointed with it. I will make this again, with adjustments... maybe marinate the chicken in O.J. first, and/or substiture apricote preserves for orange marmalade, and definitely increase the amounts of soy and liquid smoke I add.

This dish was sooo good. The chicken came out so moist. I would add little bit more liquid smoke sauce than it called for so it had a smokier flavor. Extremely easy as well!

I don't know if it was the Smoke or the Marmalade..but I do know that the two together did not work for me! I gave this dish 2 stars instead of one because when I used the chicken to make the quesadillas...my husband really enjoyed it.

This was a great recipe for a quick weeks
menu. My son who can be picky at times
loved it. The potatoe salad was out of this world. I'd recommend this which I have for everyone to at least try once.
Even if you dont make 8 chicken breast,
it would be a great dinner.

With 4 times the soy sauce and twice the liquid smoke, this recipe would rate a "5"...the chicken is perfectly cooked and very tasty! Look forward to trying Robin's follow-up recipes!
