Very tasty. I had bought some fresh garlic and it started to get a little soft. I thought roast? Came out great! Glad I didn't waste the garlic.

Very simple. My one complaint is that the ingredients should list "olive oil" as well.

she said she roasted the garlic on top of the stove. the recipe roasts it in the oven which we can all do. missed this part of the show so wanted to know what kind of oil she used and how long it took to roast stove top.

I have tried the garlic roasting like the recipie says and have a very hard time getting it out of the "shell". what am I doing wrong?? Isn't there an easier way like in the pan as she did on the show??
