I gave this recipe a try just to spice up the weekend dinner a bit. The result was a excellent meal. The fish was cooked just right for 25 minutes. It?s moist, tangy, and refreshing. I used red potato instead Yukon potato as side dish, it tastes great too. I will definitely keep this recipe in my recipe box and use it again and again. It is a mouth watering dish and very easy to make.

Components of recipe work, but salmon roasted in a 400 degree oven for
20-25 minutes would be cooked to inedible dryness.
Come on Robin, you must know better.

As long as you DONT FOLLOW the directions it will taste good! The potatoes need to be cooked first for 20 minutes and then add the salmon and cook for 14-18 minutes and the potatoes will be done and the salmon will need to be checked after being cooked for 10 minutes, depending on oven. Mine tasted great though and im very pleased!

It was good when it was finally synced up and finished. Not that it's a surprise to anyone, but a potato doesn't cook as fast as salmon. The instructions are simply wrong. The potatoes take about 40 minutes to roast to perfection if they are quartered red skins. So add the salmon about 20 minutes into the cooking if you want to eat everything together.
