Ingredients
  • 12 ounce jar of roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped or torn fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (preferably aged)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
Directions
  • Lay roasted red pepper pieces on a serving plate. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients and serve.
