This was great! I doubled it and fed it to 6 hungry Firefighters, they loved it and all wanted to know how I did them. I told them it was on old family secret, lol Thanks!

Made these to go with burgers, they were wonderful, just happen to have a rosemary plant, so had the fresh it called for, used garlic powder, the evoo, and the potatoes were a little big, so used a 410 degree oven, for 40 minutes, they were golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect,no broiling needed....leftovers will be homefries, this is so simple and a keeper for sure.......think one problem of them not browning might be not drying well after washing the potatoes so the olive oil, etc, adheres to the potato pieces, very important step for sure.....

I pre-cooked my potatoes with seasoning, olive oil and rosemary in the microwave and then grilled them on aluminum foil on the grill. Left the rosemary stems whole so those that THINK they don't like it could pick it out. They ate it and loved it...rosemary and all. I think I've converted them! I have a rosemary plant and am so thrilled I can make some dishes that my family will not turn their noses up to. lol. May try this with other types of potatoes too. It's that good.

I made these for dinner tonight. My whole family loved them. The only problem was that I should have made more! I was hoping for left-overs to use for breakfast. Wonderful flavor. After reading the previous reviews, I too put them under the broiler for the last 5 minutes. Making them extra crispy. Yum.

I made this 2 days ago and my husband loved it. I used the Monterey Steak seasoning from Mc Cormick and it was tasteful. We had left overs the next day I scramled some eggs and addedd this and it was big hit will definetely make this again.

I didn't have olive oil so I used vegetable I thought the measurements were small for such a large portion and I only made half! It was so much more than I needed I popped them in the oven and took them out just now and they are delish! Next time I will add some more spices because I love spicy food!
