I made this 2 days ago and my husband loved it. I used the Monterey Steak seasoning from Mc Cormick and it was tasteful. We had left overs the next day I scramled some eggs and addedd this and it was big hit will definetely make this again.

I didn't have olive oil so I used vegetable I thought the measurements were small for such a large portion and I only made half! It was so much more than I needed I popped them in the oven and took them out just now and they are delish! Next time I will add some more spices because I love spicy food!

SOOO yummy! I was a little leery of the rosemary, but once the potatoes cook, it is just the perfect flavor! They don't take too long to cook, and they are the perfect side dish! A must have recipe! I don't know how I went without these!

Dish is sooo tasty- best potato dish I've come across in a very long time! The family scarfs them down, I have to put some aside for myself or I wouldn't get any! A must make

25 minute cooking time is perfect. Loved the firmness of the potatoes & used paprika, thyme & oregano however next time will try 1/2 tsp heaping rock salt instead of all natural sea salt & take Janis advice to broil them for 5 minutes for a nice brown color. Thanks Robin and keep the recipes coming!
