    I made the stuffing separate - the only thing I changed was - I used sage sausage and used 1 bag of herb stuffing. It was a hit......

    I made this tonight as a Thanksgiving test run. The stuffing is amazing, has incredible depth of flavor. My friends I tested it on loved it.

    That said, to me, it doesnt' taste like "Thanksgiving" it would be great with a roasted Chicken on a cold night. For that matter, there is enough meat in it that it wouldn't be bad with a vegetable side course as a meal.
