AMAZING. I've made this twice, but didn't do the rice either time.
My only change was to use grape tomatoes cut in quarters instead of plum tomatoes. The flavor was much brighter, especially with the basil. I also used more capers than instructed because my family loves them.
This recipe is a keeper, absolutely!

It was good and tasty. I really like the tomato, basil, caper blend the best. For me, the dish seemed a little dry, like it needed something else to pull it all together, but I liked it even so.

I HATE FISH - never had salmon in my life, but I cooked this for my gf. We both absolutely loved it. I couldn't find the herb spice either so I put some evoo mixed with garlic, lemon and pepper. Then made a tomato, garlic, basil, capers w/a little oil and some ving.

The fish was cooked perfectly at 400 for 15 minutes ~ The cauliflower I put in 5 min earlier. It came out perfect. I saw some people didn't get it right. Spray the pan good, and do exactly what she says for time.

Mine came out great. Next time instead of capers and brown rice. I think I will do a sliced green olive over a rice pilaf.

I too watched Robin make this several years ago and I immediately printed it and made it. I though the salmon on the rice with the tomatoes and capers was absolutely delicious, very flavorful and a great blend of textures. The flavors compliment each other so well, even the briny capers. I make it regularly for my family because it is so healthy and quick to make. I have made the cauliflower a few times, but usually I skip it and just make the salmon and rice. It is a popular meal for my husband and our two young boys. I would highly recommend trying it.

You asked how the cauliflower was cooked. Recipe says"

"Arrange cauliflower on another baking sheet, spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with Parmesan. Roast 15 minutes, until fish is fork tender and cauliflower is golden brown and tender."

My husband and I really enjoyed this meal, and it was very simple to put together. The salmon was perfectly done. I did add a little olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a clove of garlic to the tomato mixture, and I think that added some flavor. It reminded me of bruschetta (which I love. I had never had roasted cauliflower before, but it was great as well. I'll make this again for sure.

Hello everyone. I just wanted to drop by and let you know that McCormick's sells a Lemon and herb seasoning. I purchased mine in Publix. I am going to make this recipe tonight. Wish me luck!
