I watched the show when Robin made this dish and thought it looked absolutely delicious. I was disappointed when I made the recipe, though. I love salmon so I thought that this dish tasted okay, but frankly I have a lot of other recipes that taste a lot better. It was a little bland; I liked another reviewer's suggestion of rubbing the fish with olive oil and lemon juice and using a homemade mixture of herbs instead. I was very disappointed with the cauliflower. The recipe said it should cook in about 15 minutes, same as the fish. Fish came out fine, but I had to cook my cauliflower for over an hour before it was even close to done. The vegetable completely missed dinner and did not taste good at all as leftovers. This is a pretty easy dish for beginner's, so I can see it's appeal there, but be sure to start the cauliflower early!

I love Robin's recipes and have had excellent results with them, until now. The cauliflower is not turning out. I'm doing something wrong, obviously, but don't know what. I am following recipe exactly as I remember from the show (which said spray PAN with oil although recipe says spray CAULIFLOWER with oil. The cauliflower burns on bottom before it browns on top. I switched the control on oven from bake to broil to see if that helped. That helped the burning on the bottom but still they don't look very brown on top. The parmesan dries out. I am using pre-grated Parmesan just as she did. I have tried no oil coating on them as well as brushing them in a olive oil/butter mixture, and they ALL are turning out about the same. Any tips? Is my oven too hot? I don't have them all stacked up in a big pile but spread out since I'm only cooking a little at a time. Thanks in advance for any help. I really want to get this right because I love cauliflower.

This was a very good salmon recipe. I too do not know what Lemon Herb seasoning Robin uses (often but I used the Lemon Pepper Season (no salt.
My husband really loved this dish. I too found it a little bland but the Salmon Quesadillas was excellent, and we usually do not like left over fish.

First off, I did not cook the vegetable (although it sounds great as I had other left-overs to use. Although the flavors of the basil, capers, etc were all fresh, I found the dish to be boring. I usually use a Dijon mustard/herb season on my salmon but thought I'd try something different this time. As far as the seasoning, I'm not sure what she meant by "lemon & herb seasoning" but I seasoned my salmon with lemon pepper (which I have at home & fresh thyme. Robin's Salmon Cobb Salad in Creamy Dill Dressing recipe sounds wonderful for the left-overs so all-in-all, I'm pleased.

Even for people who don't like fish! The tomatoes with basil really added to the dish and this was super easy. Will definitely make again.

This recipe was exactly perfect for the quick but delicious meal I wanted to prepare tonight. I love when I get a chance to throw capers into the meal - they add something fun to the recipe. :
