Added chopped mushroom, red pepper, scallions, garlic, butter, a generous portion of cracked black pepper and a bit of salt. Tasty--light---vegetable. :-

I can't find any snow here as it's May. What do I do?

Can't get any simpler, and my home grown snow peas stole the show. Added 1 T chopped fresh mint.

This is the perfect complement for spicy dishes. Like cucumbers, or tomatoes, only more savory.

The taste was nice but i was looking for something with a better flavor. A little to simple. To solve that you add a touch of salt and black pepper. A ground cayenne pepper. Some chopped mushrooms, maybe a nice grilled red pepper. With this the flavor taste excellent and its looks like you took some effort into this but it only took about 10-15 minutes. Serves as a great appetizer.
