I prepared this for grilled swordfish. I didn't measure exactly so that may have been the problem. Basically the sauce tasted like soy sauce. I was looking for a wasabi aioli type of accompaniment to the fish.

This is a great recipe for Tuna. Its easy to make and the sauce is absolutely delicious which makes the dish even better. I suggest serving it with grilled veggies and a tossed salad with Asian Ginger dressing to compliment the sauce on the Tuna!

If you are looking for a quick recipe to make seared tuna than this is the one! Tastes great and takes about 20 minutes.

i saw the original airing; the recipe doesn't follow same path in preparation! on air, she deep fried the wontons, whereas the recipe online calls for preheating an oven to 400 degrees, and using cooking spray! obviously, she loves her cooking spray! be that as it may, what would possibly be considered a different approach, would it end up with the same taste, I think not!

I served my tuna on top of a bed of steamed rice flavored with coconut milk. I love my tuna medium rare, just be sure and buy sashimi grade. My local grocery store sells it fresh frozen in the back, you have to ask your seafood dept. On the side I had sliced mango. It was like a slice of Hawaii for dinner.

Rave reviews from all. Left off the wasabi sauce for the kids and made a tartar for them. Hubby and I loved the wasabi sauce!

I would have to say we loved the Lemon-Wasabi Dressing. I could eat this meal once a week.
