Ingredients

  • 2 ripe beefsteak tomatoes, sliced crosswise into 1/4-inch thick rounds
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

Arrange sliced tomatoes on a serving dish. Season with salt and black pepper. Whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey and drizzle over tomatoes.

    The honey and tarragon added an interesting twist to the usual tomatoes with balsamic drizzle! This is a light and fresh side dish that couldn't be any simpler to make any night of the week!

    This mix was fast, and a good blend of flavor. I never would have thought to put it on tomatoes. The mix of the salt and pepper with the drizzle was a pleasant change.
