Made this today and it was great! I cooked on Low for 8 hours then removed the pork to rest and strained the liquid and cooked it on high to reduce and intensify its flavor. Served a simple spinach salad w/champagne dressing on the side. We loved it! Thank you!

LOVE this one! The flavor of the sauce is great! The pork was super tender and pulled right apart. For anyone who says there wasn't much flavor, the flavor is all in the sauce so you gotta make sure you pour it on! For me, I cooked on low for 6 hours with everything piled the way the directions said, and then for a seventh hour, I moved aside the potatoes and onion and submerged the pork right in the sauce! My family devoured this, not left overs at all!

I used smoked sausage with mine. It was very good but hard to keep lit.

I really did not enjoy this. The sweet and sour taste did not go well with the potatoes. I won't be using this one again.

Agree, carrots and beans added great flavor. Thicken the sauce with corn starch. Will make it again when pork roast sales happen.
