This is probably one of the worst dishes I have ever made. The meat was tolerable, but the potatos were raw and not even close to being cooked. The sauce was pretty bad too. Don't waste your money on making this. I ended up tossing this one in the trash.

This was the first of Robin Miller's recipes for me, and I am sorry to say- it was disappointing. There was way too much water (on the show it looks so thick and the flavor was an odd combo. I am a huge slow-cooker fan, and use it often- but this isn't one to savor.

We, my husband and I just didn't care for the flavor. It looked great and was cooked perfectly.

I read the previous reviews only AFTER putting this roast in my crock pot. I was skeptical when I served it to my family. I warned my husband that the reviews on this recipe were mixed. In a nutshell, he gave it an "8." I will agree with other reviewers that the gravy is more of a broth..very thin. I would suggest using 3/4 cup of water or a bit less. Any less that that I'd be worried the meat would not be tender. My roast was very tender. I did omit the dijon mustard since I didn't have any on hand. I thought the recipe was flavorful. It was good, but not what I would call "I just gotta have it again fantastic." However, we did enjoy it and it was satisfying. I cooked my roast just under 8 hours. The first 6 hours on low; the last two hours on high since, like the other reviewers, my potatoes weren't cooked at the 6th hour. Enjoy!

The pork loin came out falling apart and very tender, but I recommend adding some extra liquid to prevent the sauce from drying out and becoming too thick and dark.

Be sure to also try her bbq sauce for half of the pork!

This was very good. I had to use a 3.5 lbs roast so it took just a little longer to get it so tender, but it was worth it.

Bought an expensive piece of pork & looked forward to a savory dinner after cooking for 7 hours. This was an unbelievably bad recipe. Meat tough, sauce had an off flavor. It even smelled bad. My guess is that it's the mustard and garlic, but we are garlic lovers. Seriously, STAY AWAY...read the other reviews.

My family took a few bites and all made faces. This is NOT a sweet and sour pork dish! Not sure what it was but we couldn't eat it. Such a waste.
