I really did not enjoy this. The sweet and sour taste did not go well with the potatoes. I won't be using this one again.

Overall loved this recipe, loved the taste too. Reheated well in the crockpot too!

Agree, carrots and beans added great flavor. Thicken the sauce with corn starch. Will make it again when pork roast sales happen.

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved this! I added green beans and carrots and it came out wonderful. The sauce wasn't gravy thick, but it came out like a pot roast. This is definitely going on my share list.

This was one of the easiest meals I have made. If you like sweet & sour you will like this recipe. Next time I will try adding more veggies like carrots

This was no what I expected but much better. My husband and I have put the leftovers up with the juice left in the cooker so that the pork can may-be soak up the flavor a little more. This is diffently one recipe that will make it into my favorites book. Thank you

I followed the recipe to the “t” except I cooked it too long, but it was still good. Next time I’ll probably add more carrots and liquid and maybe some peas at the end along with watching my cook time a little closer.
Very quick and easy prep.
Will definitely make this again!!!

This was amazing! First I would like to say that for everyone's meat that came out dry, I would recommend using a meat thermometer. Pork only gets tough when its overcooked and unlike other meats, it doesn't get more tender the longer its in a crock pot. Second! I actually substituted cider vinegar for the red wine because I didn't have any. I dont know if that really changed the taste, but like I said this was great. My fiance is a really picky eater and liked this. For those looking for this to have a chinese sweet and sour taste, this isn't it.
