Well, I guess what makes this southwestern is the Jalapeno. Other than that, every boring recipe.

I made this tonight and it was nice. I combined this recipe with another idea from Robin's book. I added cut up chunks of cheddar stuffed hamburgers to the sauce. Although I had the jalapenos called for in the recipe I find they are too hot for the kids so instead I used a drained can of diced tomatoes with green chilies in addition to the tomatoes in the recipe. We put a small sprinkle of cheddar on top instead of parmesan cheese to play on the cheddar in the burger. I had to rate the recipe four stars since I made changes to it.
