This calls for spinach, water and a microwave... How is this even a recipe?

I collect cookbooks, so it was unusual to discover none provided a recipe for "fresh/steamed baby spinach." So when all else failed .... I hit the computer and FOODNETWORKTV.com. My first look was at Alton Brown, but he disappointed me ... no recipe. So I started looking at "sides," when Robin Miller's recipe popped up.

WOW .... easy to fix, nutrious, and extremely good. Thank you Robin you saved me from having Spinach salads, creamed spinach or some other dish when I only wanted "steamed fresh spinach."
