My parents always made stir-fry but never measured their ingredients. So I learned how to make a great tasting stir-fry from those directions.

My young kids usually will give me a hard time eating dinner and would prefer a P&J sandwich over anything else but when I made this, the whole family ate it including seconds.

This recipe is really, really good. For those who like their food spicy and full of flavor, I kicked it up a notch by firt marinating the chicken in a little bit of soy sauce and garlic chili sauce for about an hour prior to cooking. I also added peanuts (I added them in at the very end with the chicken broth to add a nutty flavor.
The prep time took me longer than 10 minutes (more like 20, but it was very easy. Thanks for the recipe!!!

One word: Bland! My bf and I had a few bites and couldn't have anymore. After a week in the fridge and no one bothering to go near it, we chucked it out. Pity.

This was very bland. It was edible but I would not make this again.

I have had such a hard time finding a stir fry recipe that is not bland. This dish is certainly edible, however nothing to rave about. I was disappointed.

This dish is colorful, low calorie, low fat, and healthy. It was, however, a bit bland. I used olive oil instead of peanut oil so maybe that made a difference. Next time I'll use peanut oil, more garlic, and more ginger.

This was an easy recipe and delicious. However, the suggestion on the episode was to freeze the vegetables. I tried that, and the stir-fry turned out mushy. For future stir-fries, I used fresh vegtables. Fresh is best.
