I did my prep work over the weekend, and fixed the Stir Fry Chicken for dinner Sunday. It all went great. We loved the Stir Fry; plenty of veggies made me happy!! It made a huge amount; I had leftovers for lunch today and there's some more for tomorrow or the next day. I did find that I needed to cook the veggies a little longer than recommended, as my husband's not a big fan of crunchy veggies. I also added more corn starch to make thicker sauce. Next time I may substitute water chestnuts for the corn or something else, because we love their crunch. Overall, it was a delicious meal.

recipe was good but a little bland. I would add more ginger and some more veggies like mushrooms, water chestnuts, etc.

This recipe is so yummy and so easy! I used brown rice instead of basmati rice, and it still turned out great!

I made two changes. I'm vegetarian so instead of chicken I added an extra vegetable (in this case spinach. And instead of rice, I served it with lo mein noodles, which I discovered, forgotten and forlorn, in my cupboard. This was excellent and I will make it time and time again. I'm not sure why it was so much better than the average stir fry but for some reason it was.

You can do anything with this. Me..I don't like peppers so left them out. Did add water chestnuts. Mmmmmmmm.

I get all of my recipes from the Food Chanel, but this is the first time I've been moved to write a review. This stir-fry was fabulous. I stir fry a lot, but starting with the fresh ginger and adding the stock/cornstarch at the end really made a difference. I knew it was a big hit when my teenage son asked for seconds, even though he's begged me not to serve any more chicken! Thank you Robin - love your show.
