We loved these, the only thing I did different was to add some finely chopped pineapple I needed to use up.

Delicious. After searing the chops I transferred them into a cooking bag and then placed it in the baking dish & in the oven. The chops were perfectly cooked, and were very moist. It helped to properly cook the stuffing and blend all the flavors together nicely. (Clean up is a breeze as well.

Delicious recipe. I left out the leeks and the rosemary and used bread crumbs already in a container instead of dry bread. It worked well and they were very tasty.

I really liked this. The apples make the stuffing, but I agree that the chops need more time to cook.

Agree with other posters - needs more time for the chops and the stuffing. Stuffing had an odd flavor even with decreasing the oregano to 1tsp. The dish was certainly edible, but I wouldn't make it again.

This was soo good, I used celery instead of leeks though (not that it made much difference It was so delicious but instead of stuffing the pork, I just seared the chops and put them in a baking dish with the stuffing all on the sides. It came out so good, the stuffing was moist but cruncy on top. Definitely a keeper!

I decided not to stuff the pork chops. Instead, I seared the seasoned chops 4 minutes per side after I'd prepared the stuffing. The stuffing went into a 13x9x2 baking dish, and the chops went on top. This then baked for 10 minutes at 400. The chops were delicious, and so was the stuffing, although the recipe calls for too much dried oregano. It stood out and I couldn't taste the rosemary.

This was absolutely delicious. I made this with butterflied centre chops & skewered them closed with toothpicks I soaked in water for 10 minutes. I grilled the chops on the BBQ instead of in the oven and they were great. The other change I made was to add about 1/2 cup of dried cranberries to the stuffing.

I haven't have a lot of luck cooking pork chops (they always turn out too tough. Unfortunately these pork chops turned out dry and rubbery and the stuffing was soggy. The chops were very underdone at 10 minutes so I left them in for 5 minutes longer and they were still pink. Oh well.

These were so good and easy to make. I didn't have leeks or leftover bread, so substituted red onion & Stove Top stuffing and it worked well. I will definitely make this again.
