Excellent for Thanksgiving dinner leftovers! I used less stuffing, about 2 cups. Then added shredded turkey, a small amount of gravy, extra parmesan cheese on top and crumbled one cresant roll on top of parmesan cheese. My first time making a frittata and was delicious! Even my 6 year old asked for seconds!

Nice light supper; great way to use up leftover stuffing. I served it with leftover gravy. It says it makes 4 servings but those would be 4 large servings. I used 3 cups stuffing and made it in a 9" cast iron skillet, and cut it into 8 wedges. Hubby had 2 wedges but the rest of us were full with one.

Good feedback from the entire family. Will definitely make it again. I think it would be best with a sausage stuffing. We had just the traditional bread/sage stuffing and I think it would have been better with a bit of sausage. Of course, one could always brown some up and add it into the stuffing when preparing this dish.

this was wonderful. I had an impromptu brunch the day after Thanksgiving, and cooked this in a cast iron pan. There was nothing left. great recipe especially if you make your dressing like we do with sausage.

I loved this recipe! Even though I am not huge of eggs, this dish was very yummy. I made this recipe with my boyfriend's mother, and was very easy and fun to make.

I make suffing for my husband and kids, i don't like it. I decided to make this dish to go along with the left over turkey soup, and I love it, my kids love it, and I will use this every year for left overs. Thank you so much!

This was the easiest breakfast I've ever made for my holiday company, and it was a real crowd pleaser. I'm filing it away for next year.

Really a wonderful option after the holidays. I followed the recipe except I didn't have cheddar and used motz instead. Very good and the kids ate it up! I served it with a green salad....perfect light dinner.

Very creative recipe! I used rice milk and non-dairy cheddar and it was fine. My pear/chestnut stuffing was bland, so I think I would add some ham next time to up the flavor.
