I make suffing for my husband and kids, i don't like it. I decided to make this dish to go along with the left over turkey soup, and I love it, my kids love it, and I will use this every year for left overs. Thank you so much!

This was the easiest breakfast I've ever made for my holiday company, and it was a real crowd pleaser. I'm filing it away for next year.

Really a wonderful option after the holidays. I followed the recipe except I didn't have cheddar and used motz instead. Very good and the kids ate it up! I served it with a green salad....perfect light dinner.

Very creative recipe! I used rice milk and non-dairy cheddar and it was fine. My pear/chestnut stuffing was bland, so I think I would add some ham next time to up the flavor.

This was an awesome quick all in one meal. I added some leftover Thanksgiving ham because you gotta have some meat!! The only critique is that it did take longer to cook than stated.

This recipe is genius!! The stuffing I used had apples and cranberries and it still was yummmy!!!!!!! The cheddar and parm make it so delicious! My husband and I ate all of it! I used parm from a can and it was still good and didn't have any parsley. Dinner was on the table in 20 minutes. SUPER EASY!!!!!!!!! And lots of wow factor! MAKE THIS NOW!

I made this for visiting family for a Sunday before Labor Day brunch. Even in the summer...the stuffing idea was a wonderful change in flavors with the eggs. My broiler is broken, so I baked it in the end, but it still turned out perfect. The entire family loved it.

Very easy to make, could be a main dish if you added some leftover turkey on top of the stuffing and add cheese on top of the turkey.

I had made stuffing with sweet italian sausage this year. It was delicious but not every "leftover recipe" works well with it. THIS ONE DID!! It was moist and delicious!! My family loved it!!
