This is good for anytime time of year, but is a must-do for after Thanksgiving.

My family loves stuffing and this makes a great easy brunch the next day. I used more dressing then the recipe called for. Thank you Robin.

This was wonderful and very easy. I sauted about 1/2# Mexican chorizo sausage then added the stuffing. Didn't have any cheddar so used mozzarella. This was so tasty and easy. Excellent idea. We loved it!!

breakfast, brunch and luncheons. This is perfect dish for leftover stuffing. This is already a family favorite.

I made this with leftover stuffing... even apple/raisin/nuts and herbs worked well. I added in my leftover parmesean asparagus, turkey, some capers, green onions and used more parmesean cheese instead of cheddar. A big hit with my overnight guests!

I just made this the day after Thanksgiving. We had some stuffing left over and thought I'd give it a try. It's a cross between a crustless quiche and a breakfast casserole but super easy. I didn't have enough eggs to add the egg whites. It turned well anyhow. Next time I make this and there will be a next time, I'll add the egg whites to make it puffy but again no one was the wiser. I would make this using stove top stuffing any time of the year. We love frittas and this one rocks!

Forget having leftover stuffing to make this frittata....I'll be making stuffing just to have this delicious meal. I knew when I saw this on TV that I would have to try it. I love making frittatas. This recipe was great, all the times exact and everyone loved it. The only thing I did differently was leave out the nutmeg as my family does not care for it (and I used egg substitute and it came out great.

Stuffing was one of those leftovers i usually would just reheat...but not this year!! What a great recipe, easy and got me out of the kitchen quick. My kids (especially my 2 year old loved it, has just enough flavor, very moist. Paired it with a quick salad and WOW...ravs the day after thanksgiving...who would have thought? THANKS!!
