    These are so super yummy! I made them with dark chocolate chips instead of white chocolate chips just because of preference. They are so super easy to make and took no time at all. My husband is going to love these! Thanks, Robin! :

    My family loves these cookies! This recipe beat out others we have used for years. We like them as well without the chocolate drizzle. Just add the cherries and pistachios and watch them go! Thanks Robin, for another family fav!

    My husband and I really like these cookies. I also got many compliments when I shared them at my office. I found it easier to spread the melted white chocolate onto the top of the cookie versus dipping it.

    My husband's favorite! Just a nice change from plain sugar cookies.

    I did think that this recipe was very good. I made my own sugar cookie dough. I then rough chopped the pistachios and the cherries and the log sliced just fine for me. I think the only change I would make is that instead of rolling the nuts and cherries inside the dough, I would just press them in from on top of each cookie slice. That way they can not only be seen but tasted better as well. I also drizzled white chocolate and semi sweet chocolate on the top which made them delicious! I will certainly use this recipe again with maybe a few twists ;

    I made these for Christmas and New Year's Day-they were a hit. Very easy. I did change one thing and that was I added chocolate chips to the dough instead of dipping them into it. Very yummy!

    I made these cookies for New Years and they were exactly what I was expecting...DELICIOUS! I recommend eating them right after you dip the cookie in the chocolate...YUM
