And delicious. I also added some pineapple to this dish, and it set it over the top. Fast and easy, and the first I ever used fresh ginger, What a root!!! Served over brown rice, I will def. make this recipe again

This dish was FANTASTIC! Not only was it easy but it was very flavorful and will totally be back on our dinner table sooner than later. I used bone-in pork chops and it was excellent. You have got to try this one!

This is simple and good. I seasoned the pork chops a little more with szechwan seasoning to give it a little kick and server over brown rice.

This was very delicious. Even my very picky mom enjoyed it. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

I tried your recipe and it was easy and very tasty! I didn't have fresh ginger so I used dried and it worked just as well. My kids loved it and asked for seconds. Thanks for saving dinner!

I added a red bell pepper and an onion, cut into 1" chunks, with the pork chops, and added about a teaspoon of minced garlic with the sauce ingredients. My kids loved it, and there was plenty of sauce to spoon over rice.

The sauce was very powerful, I had to add a little bit of water to dilute it. At first it seemed too sweet when I tasted it on its own, but when eaten with the pork chops, the flavors balanced out. surprisingly good.

And it was FANTASTIC! I didn't have any Ginger so I used a Mandarin Ginger marinade I had and everything came out perfect! It was so easy and quick to make. This was awesome!

This recipe was EASY and tasted great. The sauce tasted just like an authentic "chinese restaraunt" sweet and sour sauce, and I MADE IT!!
