Thank goodness I read the reviews before I added the disgusting watery dressing to my salad ingredients. That's why I read them, actually. I couldn't believe the dressing I made was correct. So I tossed out the whole bowl of watery peanut juice and made my own. I used a commercial low fat sesame ginger dressing (from a famous deceased actor, added some Thai chile sauce, some natural peanut butter, and a squeeze of lime juice. Giving this recipe only one star. It doesn't deserve to be on this website. Sorry.

This was the worst recipe I've ever tried on Foodtv It was watery, I agree with the other reviews wholeheartedly!! Ick!!! I had high hopes when I read the ingredients; sesame oil, soy, lime, peanut butter but when it said to add chicken stock I wasn't sure but trusted the recipe - boy was it awful.

OMG this is just AWFUL! No flavor and not even worth tweaking. It was a waste of good ingredients. I would not make again nor would I recommend this recipe to anyone.

This is the worst recipe I have tried out so far in my life. I should have thought about imagining eating chicken with Peanut Butter before trying out this awful recipe. I wasted a whole chicken trying out this awful recipe.
I wonder what Ms. Robin Miller was thinking when she posted this recipe.

I should have checked the reviews before I made this salad. The ingredients all seemed healthy and that's what turned me on to the recipe. After making it, I went back on line to look at the recipe because the dressing had no flavor. I followed it according to the directions. My husband wound up using bottled dressing and my daughter and I were completely bored.

the dressing is way too soupy and tasteless, had to doctor it up with lots of other stuff, not worth the time and energy.

This salad was just okay- nothing special. The dressing is kind of weird- the taste was okay- but it could be drastically improved. The consistency was way too thin- I too agree that there was too much chicken stock. Next time I will use less and increase the peanut butter and maybe add some chili oil-as I like spicy food. This definitely needs some tweaking and more flavor. Everyone keeps commenting on a review by Meg- but I don't see it - would be nice to hear what she did to improve the recipe!!!

I agree with Sheila - I kept scrolling down looking for Meg's improvements - I would like to see them also. This salad reminds of the Thai Crunch Salad that California Pizza Kitchen serves and I love that one.

Would like to try this, but I can't find Meg's review. Apparently, her suggestions improved the dressing immensely. Can someone post what they were?

The worst dressing I have ever tasted.
