I like to take recipes and find the basics and add my own and with this recipe it was a great base. Thanks

THIS WAS EASY TO MAKE AND SO GOOD. I WILL CUT THE THYME IN HALF WHEN I MAKE THIS AGAIN. I HAVE TRIED TO MAKE HOMEMADE TURKEY/CHICKEN SOUP FOR YEARS AND IT NEVER CAME OUT RIGHT. THIS IS A KEEPER.

I made this soup with ground turkey instead because that's what I had, and it was really good. I made this for my mom when she was sick, and she couldn't stop raving about delicious it was.

Full of flavor, and the veggies even stayed crunchy.

I made this soup yesterday, using chicken instead of turkey. I liked it, but thought the amount of thyme was way too much. It does overpower the other ingredients. Next time I'll cut it in half or maybe even leave it out.

I used chicken and rice soup in addition to the chicken broth, and it made a rich, satisfying soup. Very good, and used up all of my leftover turkey!

I have never had good luck making any type of soup but really wanted to use my leftover turkey for something besides sandwiches. I used up all my turkey and my green beans. Huge success!!
