This was really easy, yummy and low fat. I would recommend letting the veggies cook in the broth for a couple of hours though and I had to add some more seasoning to jazz it up. Surprising the cut up burgers made a great meat for this soup - I was shocked - like mini meatballs

As others have pointed out, this is a soup, not a stew. It's also a tasteless mess. The ground turkey doesn't work particularly well. You'd be better off making chicken soup but using real turkey meat and some actual seasonings.
