    I actually ordered this at Union Pacific -- and was so excited to find the recipe here years later. This recipe is exaclty as I remembered it. The delecate mushroom boullion is a perfect first course for an elegant meal. The sherry and port compliment it wonderfully (don't bother making the boullion with out either.
