We made this as Christmas gifts. Our friends have had Limoncello in Italy before and they said it was right up there. This is delicious and pretty easy to do. The amount of sugar was just right- some other recipes we tried were too sweet.

Tastes just like the limoncello we had in Amalfi.

This recipe can be done with lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruits, strawberries - it works with everything... It is super easy to do, looks beautiful, and is a great after dinner cordial - PERFECT FOR THE HOLIDAYS!!! Makes great gifts too!

I made this for the first time last year for Christmas/New Year's and even the non drinkers were getting 3rds!

    ENJOY!!!!!

This was a very simple recipe to follow. There is a well-known italian restaurant chain in my area that is known for their limoncello. My family thought this recipe was better than the chain's.
