I marinated chicken breasts with this for about 6 hours before grilling and then basted the chicken with it while it was cooking. It was the best grilled chicken recipe I have ever had. It was light enough for a hot summer night and the lemon gave it great dimension. I would definetely recommend this.

i gave a grill to my husband for his b'day and this was the first receipie we tried on our new grill..man it was a hit. next time would let it marinade overnight for that extra flavour.

All the ingredients were just sitting in my kitchen - it was so easy to make and I will definitely do it again! I marinated chicken breasts instead of whole chickens, and the marinate time was approx. 8 hours - a perfect amount.

The marinate is light and delicious! My husband and guests LOVED it!! The lemon adds a clean flavor - I marinated it in the morning for dinner that night and next time would marinate it overnight - GREAT!
