Romaine, Feta, Grape Salad
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, cleaned and chopped
- 20 seedless grapes, halved
- 10 (1-inch) cubes feta cheese
- 1/2 fresh lemon, juiced
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Toss all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
