  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce, cleaned and chopped
  • 20 seedless grapes, halved
  • 10 (1-inch) cubes feta cheese
  • 1/2 fresh lemon, juiced
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions

Toss all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
