- 4 (14-ounces) rib-eye steaks
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Canola oil
Marinate Rib-eyes for 1 hour in soy sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic mixture.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
