Serves 4
Ingredients
  • 4 -5 cups water
  • 3 inches fresh ginger, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup brown sugar
Directions

Boil the water, ginger, and brown sugar together. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add more water if tea is too strong. Strain and serve hot or cold.
