    This is a great recipe. I lived in Colorado for about 8 years and had the luxury of enjoying true mexican food. The only things I would alter on this recipe is adding more jalapenos (I like it pretty hot and maybe reduce the amount of the roux that's added to the chili. It was a little thick for my taste, but still very tasty.

    Awesome recipe! Just the right amount of seasoning and spice! Not the hottest I've ever had... but definitely one of the tastiest!
