    This was not only easy to make but very good. My family only wants this burger from then on.

    These hamburgers had a lot of great flavor. The only thing I did different was I didn't add the sauteed celery as my little ones wouldn't like them if I did.

    1 Way too salty 2 Very weird texture 3 Fell apart 4 Celery was no good in it 5 Tasted funny

    I really wasn't sure about the celery so I used yellow onion instead and it was wonderful. So the next night I made them again with onion and celery and I was blown away. It's simple and they are so juicy they fall apart. Even my husband wanted to know if there were any left.

    These were very juicy and delicious. I only added a couple of tablespoons of the au jus since other reviewers thought it was too salty. The burgers turned out great. I cooked them on our outdoor grill instead of in the oven.
