My mom used to make "meatloaf" style hamburgers like these and they had such a weird texture. These are just like those but much saltier. I couldn't believe how salty they were!

I don't know why I keep thinking I'll find a decent recipe from Sandra. I think this burger was really not very good, can't believe she thinks this compares to a great resturant burger. There are numerous burger recipes on this site that are much better and are not difficult to make. My guests would prefer that I put my efforts into the food and not the tablescapes.

The celery was really gross. And the burger was really salty, even though we only used half of the packet since we were scared.

My husband proposed to me at The 21 many years ago, so i just knew this would be a perfect recipe for a special anniversary dinner. BOY WAS I WRONG! These burgers were terrible! They were so horribly SALTY that we couldn't eat more than a few bites.
