Amazing AND super easy! I swapped ground turkey for the beef, and added some chicken stock in place of the second can of diced tomatoes w/ jalapeno. I highly recommend you try this recipe.

Very easy, and very tasty. It actually lasted a lot longer than I thought, because it was very filling. I got off a night shift, stuck it in a crock pot, and it was ready shortly after I woke up that afternoon. Literally the most difficult part was opening all of the cans with a manual can opener. I will definitely be using this recipe again.

Loved this recipe because it was so very easy and tasted great. I had company coming for a week at Christmas and with so much to do and Christmas dinner I needed something easy. The first night the guests arrived I served this dish with corn bread and it was a big hit. Some people mentioned it is runny, but if you serve it the next day it thicked up quite a bit. We loved the first day and even more the second. Highly recommend and with all the beans it made it that more healthy.

I made this recipe for a New Year's Eve house party and it was a HUGE hit. In truth, I combined this recipe with my mother's, substituting ground turkey for ground beef, adding in a green bell pepper for additional color, and a glove of fresh garlic. My only regret? That I didn't make more! Super easy. Great for entertaining. Try it! :

This was the best chili recipe. I made this recipe for a charity cook off. It served people for two days. The best part of the recipe was the diced tomatoes with jalapenos. It gave the chili a nice little burn but not overpowering..
