Ingredients
- 3 cups acai berry juice (recommended: R.W. Knudsen)
- 2 cups margarita mix (recommended: Stirrings)
- 1 cup tequila (recommended: Jose Cuervo)
Directions
In a pitcher, combine the acai berry juice, margarita mix and tequila. Mix. Fill 4 margarita glasses with ice, pour in the margarita and serve.

I agree with truebluetwo....this was not good. I'll try again using different souces of ingredients and post back. I think I will start with a different tequila and work from there. After 10-12 variations I should have a good idea what tastes good to me. Of course, I will probably be blind by then and unable to type my responses! Wish me luck! BTW, the link provided to the recipe by Emeril for making a Ruby Red Grapefruit Margarita was a great find and the recipe made a delicious cocktail that was very good for you too! LOL!.

I've had better acai margaritas than this. I think it was because of the recommended acai juice. Knudsens acai is horrible. I recommend using a frozen acai pulp (puree instead of the juice. I've had the frozen purees from Amafruits mixed with Kirkland's (Costco margarita mix and it was a great frozen acai margarita.
