    I didn't really expect it taste this good, but I thought I would try it because I love pineapple. Glad I did, it was excellant. "Thanks for something different to flavor rice.

    I have made other recipes for "tropical" flavored rice and this is by far my favorite! I used rice-roni 4 oz box, so had to alter the measurements slightly. I did not toast the almonds - it was great with grilled salmon!

    The chicken broth was out of place in this dish. We used Sprite instead and it was tasty. Needed more sugar or honey though to 'lift' it a bit.

    I absolutely love this rice dish! Anything with citrus in it makes it seem like summertime. I made is with Jerk Chicken and rum punch.

    We love white & wild rice. This was totally different than anything we have tried and it was better than the desert. Will use this recipe again and again. KUDOS!!!!
