do you NOT know why it's called "Semi-Homemade Cooking"? She has created these recipes with the busy working women of America. To provide good, quick, easy and cost effective meals and deserts for everday women/men of the world so that they too can enjoy eating good meals for 1/2 the cost and 1/2 the time to prepare. If you don't like the recipes, I suggest that you do not watch the program. Personally, I find almost all of the recipes very beneficial.

I don't even know why Sandra Lee is on the Food Network. Maybe some people cook like this but I don't think she deserves a show. All I ever see is her store bought cakes, canned and powdered soups, spice packets with MSG and salt, slow cooker and overly-alcoholic drinks. Come on now, is this really what the Food Network is about?

This recipe is much more difficult than it looks. Even after I figured out how to put it together, my husband could hardly figure out how to eat it. Not a repeat recipe.

This is very very good! I used the frozen Berry Medley from Trader Joe's and it was awesome. When the berry juice soaked into the cake! Oh boy, bring it on!

I kept getting lost in the directions. It's a bit too hard to put together. I recommend one of her other desert recipes instead.

    It's better without the cake.

They prefer simple desserts I guess.

The cake was overly dry and the berries were too tart.
