This dessert was a hit at a dinner party I recently had. I've actually made it quite a number of times but did not think to review it. It's as good as it is easy to assemble. Thank you Sandra.

I'm not a sweets person, but this recipe is to die for. The mint is a great attribute to the dish. It's inexpensive and so easy to make. The final product look great. The topping with the orange extract tasted like those orange Popsicles that you used to buy off the back of an ice cream man's truck.

This is one of the easiest recipies I have used for a dessert. All of my dinner guests were raving about it. I was asked to make it again at the next dinner party! PS.. tastes great with blue berries, too.

It is a great summer receipe! I took it to a gathering and nothing came home but an empty plate. I have make 9 since I received the receipe. I also used fresh strawberries instead of the frozen. That was great too.

strawberries are in season now and this was a great treat. seems fancy and is very easy. i skipped the liquor and mint and use sugar free cool whip to make it more figure friendly!

Thank you Sandra for this recipe. My 11 year old daughter and I enjoyed making this cake together. We had so much fun. We didn't add the orange liquor. She did all the decoration on the cake. We watch your show everyday. THANK YOU VERY MUCH
