this was all of my favorite combos of italian salads and sandwiches. I made it for friends with the rest of the recipes from this episode and it was a hit. My mom especially loves antipastis and said this was the best she has ever had I would recomend salad spoons, which I am surprised the other reviewer did not realize she needed (with salad greens If you do not like much dressing reduce the amount We however loved the recomended amount.

Although this is a fantastic recipe, it's a little too difficult to serve with breadsticks. My guests had to resort to forks, after spilling antipasti all over my tablecloth and rug. I strongly recommend using plates as well.
