Well it is fall and here in Washington State that means that it is apple season. This easy mixed drink is actually very good and is a nice fall treat. I used Applejack Brandy and Leinenkugel's Classic Amber. This combo took me back to our days in Wisconsin where Leinenkugel's as is brewed in Chippewa Falls and brandy is a favorite drink of choice for Wisonsinites. While the figures are often debated, it is believed that people in Wisconsin drink about 1/3 of all the Brandy consumed in the United States annually.
