1 shot apple brandy
1 (12-ounce) bottle lager style beer, ice cold
1 apple wedge

Directions

Place an apple wedge in mug. Add apple brandy. Pour in ice cold lager style beer. Serve immediately.

Well it is fall and here in Washington State that means that it is apple season. This easy mixed drink is actually very good and is a nice fall treat. I used Applejack Brandy and Leinenkugel's Classic Amber.This combo took me back to our days in Wisconsin where Leinenkugel's as is brewed in Chippewa Falls and brandy is a favorite drink of choice for Wisonsinites. While the figures are often debated, it is believed that people in Wisconsin drink about 1/3 of all the Brandy consumed in the United States annually.
