This recipe is amazing. The reason as to why I am giving it four out of five stars is because I have yet to the sauce. Though I made a few modficiations, the turkey burgers still came out moist and light. I actually split the recipe in half since I am only cooking for one and still managed to make three burgers out of the mixture. I much rather eat this for lunch rather than food out the vending machine at school tomorrow. I definately plan on making these burgers again in the future.
I made the following modifications to the burger. Rather than bacon bits,I chopped up some canadian bacon, sauteed it and added it to the mixture instead. I didn't have poultry seasoning so I used the all purpose seasoning in which I had on hand.

Another incredibly delicious and easy recipe from Sandra Lee. Burger was moist and quite flavorful and not ordinary at all. This recipe is frequently made at our house!

Very good. I added a dash of hickory smoke flavor and a bit of worcestershire sauce to tame the sweetness a bit.

I've made this recipe over and over! It is great tasting and I feel good about feeding my family simple tasty food that is lower in calaries than regular burgers. Thanks Sandra!

I thought the sauce was wonderful. They did not have any ground turkey at the store, so I bought ground chicken. These burgers were perfect. I made homemade applesauce and served it along side the burgers. I cooked the burgers inside on my electric frying pan and they did not stick at all. I sprinkled some extra sharp cheddar on them and they were perfect.

Sauce was a bit too tangy.. Thoroughly enjoyed the burger mixture though!

To make this recipe truly light I used sugar-free maple syrup. The burgers held together just fine on the grill. I also used greek yogurt in place of the mayonnaise for the sauce (and sugar-free maple syrup and it tasted delicious. My husband (who attended CIA was very pleased with this departure from standard burger fare.
