I loved these burgers! They were a big hit at my house. My husband said this was one of the best burgers he has ever had. We don't make a lot of things more than once at our house, but I will definitely make these again!

How marvelous is this turkey burger!!! The healthy ingredients with a dash of sweetness helps when trying to lose weight. I didn't have poultry spices available so I added a 1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper. It turned out perfect!

I was a bit skeptical of these burgers, but when I read the reviews, I had to try them. They were delicious. I used regular apple sauce, as my grocery store was out of the chunky variety. I did have to chill them for a bit to ensure they would not fall apart. The sauce was great as well. Don't leave it out. It adds so much to the burger. I didn't have any bacon bits. So keeping with the "maple" theme, I used maple flavored bacon instead. Wow, that just enhanced an already good burger. I served them on kaiser rolls with boston lettuce and red onion. I will definately make these again. I also made the sweet potato fries from this episode. They were delicious as well. Thank you Sandra for a great meal!!!!!

I couldn't find chunky applesauce, so I had to use regular, but they were still delicious. Where does one find chunky? I went to three stores, no luck. Could we substitute apple pie filling? If so, how much?

I am taking care of a Alzheimer'sw parent so need things that taste good and easy to chew. This was both. My Mom took a bite & said "yum this is good! What is it?" She couldn't believe it when I told her it was a ground turkey burger. Thanks Sandra!!!

I've made these burgers several times. Even the members of our family who love good ole ground beef burgers LOVED these. Great tasting and easy to make works for me.

We eat a lot of turkey, and this is one of my family's favorite recipe for burgers. I've made this several times and is always a success. Friends and family can't get enough of this - salty and sweet. It's a great twist to a turkey burger.

who would have thought turkey, applesauce and syrup in a hamburger? the odd combination is what made me want to try them and they turned out great!! my son didn't like them but then again, if it isnt McDonalds or Burger King he'll complain about anything; I keep ground turkey on hand now and grill this up whenever i'm looking for a kick; loved the sauce; I did add strips of bacon on top. So I guess its Apple-maple-bacon-turkey burgers!!!
